A minimum of 3 days, before midnight of the day of check-in, is required to change or cancel your reservation. This 3-day window will result in the loss of your deposit.
Reservations booked on the same day or within 24 hours of the check-in date are locked and nonrefundable. Refunds will only be applied to the original credit card on file.
Reservations made through an outside third-party booking site (Expedia/Booking), must be changed or canceled through that company – all of our cancellation policies will be enforced.
Booking Policy
Only the reservation dates and room type selected are confirmed. Specific requests, including but not limited to, room#, floor level, early check-in, and interconnecting rooms will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
The deposit for reservations (excluding third-party collect) is the first night plus all taxes. This will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. Cash deposits can only be taken in person at the front desk but a valid credit card must still be on file for the reservation.
A resort fee of $19.99+tx/night is added to all reservations and this is also stated on all third-party websites.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in is 4 pm and Check-out is 11 am. Early check-ins are subject to availability.
The primary age for checking in and staying in the hotel is 21. Anyone knowingly reserving a room for an underage person will forfeit all rights to a refund for any reason.
Guests checking out early do so understanding they are financially responsible for the entirety of their reservation. We do not offer late check-outs – any room not checking out on time may be subject to a late check-out fee applied to the credit card on file.
A valid ID and credit card must be presented at check-in and an incidental hold of $100 will be placed against this card. Cash cannot be accepted for this hold. Any guest authorized to check-in must be added to the reservation.
The credit card presented at check-in cannot be changed and will be charged any balance due on the account. This will include any charges to the room.
